TVS launches Special Edition NTORQ 125 Inspired from Marvel Spider-Man & Thor

TVS Motor announced the SuperSquad Editions of the Marvel Spider-Man and Thor editions of the NTORQ 125, which will join the Iron Man, Black Panther, and Captain America-inspired scooters that were unveiled in 2020. The SuperSquad Editions of the scooter have been introduced by the world-renowned Indian two and three-wheeler company in collaboration with Disney India’s consumer products business.

The scooter was released at the perfect time, as Spider-Man: No Way Home has just premiered in theatres around the country, and the next chapter of the Thor film will be released soon. Both models of the Marvel superhero-themed scooters stand out from the crowd with their unique Marvel Superhero color schemes.

Design Details:

The NTORQ 125 SuperSquad editions were launched in Amazing Red and Lighting Grey color schemes. The Amazing Red is a Spider-Man-themed scooter with red, blue, and white hues throughout. Both side panels have a black spider pattern inspired by Spider-Man, as well as ‘Beyond Amazing’ stickers.

The ‘Lighting Grey’ color scheme, which represents Thor, is made up of Orange, Black, and Grey. The ‘Mjolnir’ graphic of Thor’s hammer can be seen on the front side panels, along with the Avengers insignia, and ‘Ride the Lighting’ stickers can be found on the rear panels to add extra details.

Features Details:

Along with the custom paint and sticker scheme, TVS also offers a Superhero-themed custom UI in their SmartXonnect Application. When the rider starts the TVS Connect Application, the silhouette of the Spider-Man or Thor’s hammer emblem appears. For a real Marvel Fan Experience, TVS has guaranteed that the application screen features a unique character attribute of either Superhero.

Let’s not forget other features of TVS NTORQ which include a Bluetooth-connected speedometer, LED DRLs, a Voice Assist Function, and dual riding modes. The TVS SmartXonnect System also includes a new Save Address feature that includes over 15 voice commands.

Technical Details:

A 125cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke, the air-cooled motor produces 9.4 PS and 10.5 Nm, powering the NTORQ 125 SuperSquad versions. The scooters have a High Rigidity Under Bone Tubular Chassis with a 0-60 kph acceleration time of 9 seconds. The scooters have a telescopic front suspension and a mono-shock rear suspension with Hydraulic Dampers for comfort and handling.

The scooters have 12-inch dual-tone alloy wheels on both ends and a 5.8-liter gasoline tank, according to TVS. The scooters have a 220mm front disc and a 130mm rear drum with SBT on both ends for braking performance. For added economy, TVS has equipped the scooter’s engine with Race Tuned Fuel Injection (RT-Fi technology).
