The grey elegance named Ironwill by Ornithoper designs

Bobbers have been a category of style and utilitarian appeal. They ooze with elegance and aesthetics. One can even consider these qualities as a part of the design of the bikes. Over time, the Enfields in India have been considered as a canvas for custom bobbers, with different kits being introduced to convert your bikes into bobbers and scramblers. One such custom bike has been created by Ornithoper Designs, Nashik.

The Design and process:

When Amol from Ornithoper designs set out to create a bobber, but his priority was to create custom parts, which in total can be made available as a custom kit. The donor bike was a classic 500. When the team started their work on the bike, the idea was to create a custom bike without any modification to the chassis.

From the front, the bike gets a T-set, which is custom made for the bobber appeal. For the bobber appeal, the team firstly installed upsized tires, both front and back, the front being 140/80-R16 and 170/80-R15 on the rear. The front of the bike receives a custom forks cover. 

To have a modern appeal to the bike, the team replaced the headlight with a one that has a DRL. As you move towards the back, you will also notice that the bike gets a completely new speedometer. The handlebar too is custom made to suit the bike’s appeal and look. The tank is more or less in the stock form, but, the flow of the tank merges with the flow of the seat. The motorcycle is now a single-seater and gets a completely tan brown thin seat with and adjustment below it. Even the exhaust is custom made.

The highlight of the build is the silver color. Ornithoper has custom painted the bike with a silver matt finish, and to add flair to the design, the “Ironwill” badging has been done in brass.

The verdict:

Ornithoper has gone out of the ordinary and produced a bike which not looks handsome, but also has oodles of sex appeal. The bike falls together as an entire package together.
